Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers facilities suitable for a long stay, like a mini-apartment setup, albeit slightly compact. Although there was a strong offensive odor in the air, towels, and bedding, the rooms are convenient for two adults. The service quality varied from unprofessional and rude to genuinely nice and easy to talk to. The location was perfect for our conference in the medical center but lacked friendliness. Dining options were disappointing, serving only gas station quality snacks. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was both convenient and comfortable. The rooms felt like functional apartments designed for extended stays, equipped with musty kitchen facilities that were very spacious and emptied daily. While the location was extremely close to MD Anderson Cancer Center, it was a bit short on some amenities like wastebaskets and fully functioning TV controllers. The service was top-notch, with extremely professional and polite staff who were always willing to help out with any needs. The dining options were limited to breakfast bars and coffee, which was underwhelming. However, the facilities were well-maintained and provided a decent experience overall.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for an extended stay, but they lacked basic amenities like a coffee pot. The service was subpar, with unprofessional and uneducated staff who seemed indifferent. On the bright side, the location was ideal for my conference in the Medical Center, close to the transit center and shuttle service. The dining options were minimal, consisting of packaged snacks, not a proper breakfast.
